公司簡介

      內蒙古烏審召生態產業發展有限公司,成立于2005年,坐落在中國經濟最具發展活力的內蒙古鄂爾多斯市烏審旗。主要產業為:荒漠化生態植被恢復、可再生能源及設施農業、新資源食品等。是一家旨在通過科學利用沙生灌木特有的生物習性和廣袤的沙地資源,結合先進的生物質直燃發電技術,以及生物質二氧化碳捕集利用技術,開展荒漠化治理、生物質發電、螺旋藻養殖的三碳經濟產業,進而實現規模、有效、持續治理荒漠的新產業化模式。公司現有員工200余人,共設部門10個。

 一、生態能源林建設情況:

    公司自2006年冬開實施“60萬畝生態能源林基地”建設,建設范圍包含烏審旗、杭錦旗、鄂托克旗等。至今,已累計治理沙漠36萬畝,占國家“五”期間全國沙漠化減少面積的2.8%


    二、生物質熱電項目情況:

    為充分利用生物質燃料,完善生態產業鏈公司于2007年成立內蒙古毛烏素生物質熱電有限公司,總占地面積600畝,注冊資金2億元,投資總額4多億元,20092月正式進入商業化運行。


    三、螺旋藻項目情況:

       螺旋藻是一種喜高溫、高堿、高強光及一定營養濃度的浮游水生植物,因其形狀酷似彈簧般螺旋而得名。內蒙古地區全年高溫、高強光季節為6-8個月,陰雨天氣少,適合螺旋藻養殖生長。鄂爾多斯更是享有“藻都”的稱號。目前,內蒙古地區螺旋藻養殖業項目建設、藻種馴化、培育、生產加工技術及后續產品研發已成領軍之勢,技術上有充分保障。



    2010年初,我公司進行了生物質電廠所產二氧化碳養殖螺旋藻生產性試驗。經過10個月的實驗,得出結論如下:1、熱電廠產生的生物質二氧化碳可以替代碳酸氫鈉作為螺旋藻生長的碳源,較大幅度地降低了螺旋藻成本。2、同等條件下,生物質二氧化碳作為碳源比碳酸氫鈉作為碳源螺旋藻產出率提高20%。3、二氧化碳總捕集率可達到65%,每畝大棚每年可捕集利用二氧化碳11噸。4、國家質監部門檢測報告顯示,利用生物質二氧化碳生產的螺旋藻完全符合國家保健食品質量標準優級產品。

    生物質發電項目在“碳吸收”、“碳減排”、“碳捕捉”三方面形成有機的統一,形成生物質能源產業治沙吸收二氧化碳——生物質發電減排二氧化碳——生物質二氧化碳養殖螺旋藻捕集二氧化碳的產業鏈,開辟了一條在應對氣候變化方面具有重大意義的現實產業途徑,是我公司在低碳經濟領域做出的一項新的嘗試。

    2012年,此項目被國家列為參加聯合國環境治理展示項目,并于2012325日在聯合國總部舉辦為期三周展覽,6月份參加聯合國在巴西里約熱內盧舉辦的聯合國可持續發展大會。

    公司本著科學發展觀和循環經濟的理念,充分利用企業所在地豐富的生物質燃料、天然堿湖等優勢資源,本著布局集中、產業集聚、鏈條互動、環保節能的發展思路,努力構建以資源綜合利用和循環經濟為特色的發展模式,最大限度的有效利用資源,實現多種資源之間的優勢互補,實現三碳經濟循環產業發展模式,提高資源利用率,真正達到節能減排的目的。

    目前,公司在內蒙古興安盟科爾沁沙漠新建兩個同樣規模的生物質熱電廠及螺旋藻養殖基地。

一,Company profile


Founded in October 2005, InM Wushenzhao Ecological Development Co., Ltd. is located in the Wushenzhao ecological park, Wushenqi, Erdos City. The main industries are: ecological vegetation rehabilitation of desertification, renewable energy and new resources food - farming and deep processing of spirulina. It is aimed to carry out desertification control - planting of salix psammophila (carbon adsorption) by the scientific use of the unique biological habits of desert shrubs, combined with biomass direct combustion power generation technology, as well as the use of biomass carbon capture technology, and biomass fuels of salix psammophila stumping is used to generate electricity (carbon emissions), and the carbon dioxide of biomass is utilized to cultivate spirulina (carbon capture), so as to create a circulatory industry model of "three-carbon economy". With an annual production capacity of more than 100 tons of spirulina, the company has walked out an economic path of harmonious development between human and society, and between man and nature.

Carbon sequestration - it has completed desert control of 36 acres, planting tending desert shrubs of more than 100 acres, sustainable desertification control of15 acres per year, and annual carbon dioxide absorption of 400,000 tons in total.

Carbon emissions - It is new energy company that firstly makes organic combination of desertification control and biomass power generation in China. Using the growth characteristics of psammophila stumping and rejuvenation and its features of high calorific value, high ash melting point, high aggregative degree, and low harmful substances, it has made the biological remains of salix psammophila in desertification control to become sustainable renewable green electricity fuel, with power generation of more than one hundred million and seven thousand degrees per year, and 250,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year.

Carbon capture - biological carbon source produced by biomass-thermal projects annually can yield 10,000 tons of spirulina, and the carbon dioxide captured in the process is 100,000 tons in total per year.

Made in Nature Spirulina originates from natural comprehensive trophic groups

   Spirulin  Rich in quality protein and scarce nutrients of the recommended daily allowance of 10 kinds of vitamins, 12 kinds of minerals, 18 kinds of aminoacid, β-carotene, phycocyanin, SOD, DHA and others, spirulina is by far the most nutrient-rich and most balanced natural nutrition that has been discovered by humans to date.

Gamma-linolenic acid   GLA

GLA is an unsaturated fatty acid, able to reduce cholesterol, and to improve heart disease, obesity and the like.

The content of GLA in spirulina is 14 times of the breast milk.

Super-oxide dismutase

SOD is an important antioxidant, not merely being able to prevent radiation damage, but also being capable of effectively resisting peroxide anion radicals, thereby delaying aging and regulating the body's metabolism, thus enhancing the  immune function of body itself.

Spirulina has the highest content of SOD among all plant-microbe, including active SOD of 1000 to 3750 units per gram.

Beta-carotene

It is the best antioxidant, able to inhibit proliferation of cancer cell, so as to impel normalization of cancer cell.

Content of β-carotene in spirulina is 15 times of the fresh carrots, and 64 times of the spinach.

Phcocyanin

It is a rare natural nutrient only existed in microalgae. Phycocyanin has functions of increasing physical fitness and promoting growth of red blood cell, able to enhance immune function of the body and promote growth and development, with high nutritional value and medicinal value.

35 milligrams of phycocyanin are contained per gram of spirulina, which is unique in natural foods.

Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin B group, able to promote the formation and regeneration of red blood cells, to prevent anemia, to maintain health of nervous system, to accelerate child development, and increase appetite and so on.

Spirulina is rich in vitamin B12, 2.5 times more than beef liver.
